Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Intermebex S.R.L. uses cookies, pixels and tags on wiza.md. Optional services are blocked until you make a positive choice.

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a browser stores or reads. Pixels and tags may perform similar functions. Some technologies are strictly necessary; analytics, marketing and external-content technologies are optional.
2. Your choice
On your first visit you may select “Accept” or “Refuse”. Until you choose, interaction with the website is blocked, except for reading the legal pages. Both choices unlock the website.
“Accept” permits all optional services listed above. “Refuse” keeps only strictly necessary technologies and does not load GTM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or Google Maps.
The choice is stored for 48 hours and is not automatically extended on each visit. When it expires, the window is shown again.
3. Changing or withdrawing your choice
You may reopen the window at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you withdraw consent, we stop future tags, delete the optional first-party cookies that we can control and reload the page without tracking. Processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal is unaffected.
4. Data sent after acceptance
After acceptance, Google and Meta may receive cookie identifiers, the IP address used for the connection, browser and device information, URL and referrer, pages, interactions and conversion events. Form fields are not intentionally included in analytics or advertising events defined in the website code; the GTM configuration must be maintained so that it does not collect these values.
5. Legal basis
Optional technologies are used on the basis of consent under Articles 6(1)(a) and 7 of Law No. 195/2024. Article 116(5) of Electronic Communications Law No. 72/2025 requires the subscriber or user to receive clear and complete prior information about the purposes of storing or accessing information on the device. Article 116(6) exempts only technical transmission and technologies strictly necessary for a service expressly requested by the user.
6. Providers and further information
Optional services are provided by Google and Meta under their own policies. Event, audience and profile data is kept according to the settings of accounts managed by Intermebex and provider criteria, only for as long as needed for the stated purposes; the current setting may be requested at info@wiza.md. Cookies may also be deleted in your browser; deleting the choice cookie will cause the consent window to appear again.
