1. Data controller

2. Data we may process

We process only the data necessary for the purposes described below.

• data submitted through the form: name, email address, message and information voluntarily entered in the message;
• subsequent correspondence with our representatives;
• technical data necessary for operation and security: IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser type, user-agent and error information, where recorded by the server or hosting provider;
• the choice stored in your browser: acceptance or refusal, notice version and expiry time; this choice does not contain your name or email address;
• only after acceptance: online identifiers and information about pages, devices, traffic source and interactions through Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• preparing an offer or taking the pre-contractual steps you request — Article 6(1)(b) of Law No. 195/2024;
• answering other general questions — our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us, Article 6(1)(f);
• operation, security, abuse prevention and the defence of legal rights — legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), limited to what is strictly necessary;
• compliance with legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c);
• audience analysis, conversion measurement, remarketing and Meta Pixel — consent under Articles 6(1)(a) and 7. These services remain disabled until you accept.

4. Contact form

Your name and email address are mandatory; the message is optional. Without confirming that you have read this policy, the form cannot be submitted and we cannot answer your request. The data is sent by email to Intermebex S.R.L.; the website application does not maintain a local enquiry database, and no direct Bitrix24 integration exists in the reviewed code.

Do not enter sensitive data or information about other people in the message unless it is necessary.

5. Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to authorised Intermebex S.R.L. staff and the hosting, database, maintenance and email providers necessary to operate the website, who must protect the data. Only after optional cookies are accepted may Google and Meta receive technical data for analytics, advertising and conversion measurement.

We may disclose data to authorities or advisers where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Google, Meta and technical providers may process data in the European Economic Area and in other countries. Any transfer outside the EEA must, as applicable, be covered by an adequacy decision or safeguards under Article 46 of Law No. 195/2024, including applicable standard contractual clauses. Information about the mechanism used and, where available, a copy of the safeguards may be requested at info@wiza.md.

7. Retention periods

• enquiries and correspondence: up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a contract, legal obligation or claim justifies a longer period;
• contractual and accounting data: for the periods required by law;
• browser choice: 48 hours;
• backups: until overwritten in accordance with the provider’s technical cycle, with restricted access.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send your request to info@wiza.md. We may request only the information necessary to verify your identity. We respond without undue delay and no later than one month after receiving the request. Taking account of the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by up to two months; we will inform you of the extension and its reasons during the first month.

9. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection at 48 Serghei Lazo St., MD-2004 Chișinău, centru@datepersonale.md, datepersonale.md, or apply to a competent court.

10. Profiling and automated decisions

Intermebex S.R.L. does not use this website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. After acceptance, Google and Meta may create measurements, audiences and advertising profiles under their own policies. Form fields are not intentionally included in analytics or advertising events defined in the website code; the GTM configuration must be maintained so that it does not collect these values.

11. Security and updates

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk and restrict unauthorised access. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

We may update this policy when the purposes, providers or law change. We will publish the new date and version and, where necessary, request your choice again.
